Since 2012, Ekonnect has built a foundation of projects, programmes and partnerships across environmental management and sustainability. We are now looking to strengthen and expand our work across five interconnected areas: community awareness, professional training, entrepreneurship and innovation, CSR programme management and impact assessment, and knowledge networking. 

We seek creative thinkers, committed professionals and entrepreneurial leaders who can challenge conventional approaches, build partnerships and turn promising ideas into impactful programmes. 

Leadership and Career Opportunities

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 

An entrepreneurial leader who can shape Ekonnect’s next phase of growth, strengthen its partnerships, develop new programmes and build a financially sustainable organisation while remaining firmly committed to its not-for-profit mission. 

Head – Professional Learning & Capacity Building 

A professional who can conceptualise, develop and deliver high-quality training programmes on emerging and frontier sustainability topics, build institutional partnerships and create innovative learning formats that bridge academic education and market needs. 

Head – CSR Programmes & Impact 

A professional experienced in designing, managing and evaluating CSR initiatives, engaging with corporates and communities, coordinating implementation partners and demonstrating measurable environmental and social outcomes. 

Head – Entrepreneurship & Innovation 

A professional passionate about supporting sustainability-focused startups and emerging enterprises through mentoring, life cycle thinking, innovation impact assessment, business development and connections to markets, investors and financing opportunities.
