Ekonnect partnered with the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Centre (MGTC) and Green Growth Solutions Asia (GGSA) to organize a week-long Masterclass for educating Malaysian SMEs on concepts related to Circular Economy to help build resilient businesses in a post-pandemic era.

The academy focused on Communication tools on Circular Economy to enhance behavioral changes of various sectors with emphasis on interdisciplinary, project-based and participatory approaches. The program covered important subjects like Evolution, Concepts and Policies in Circular Economy, Life Cycle Thinking, Communication, Behavioral change and Design for Sustainable Behavior.

Ekonnect conducted a four-day virtual training program on air quality data analytics, in partnership with International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD). The training program witnessed participation from government officials and researchers from three countries, namely Afghanistan, Bhutan, and Nepal. A total of 41 participants attended the training program.

Ekonnect conducted a two-day training program to familiarize participants with concepts of air quality management and offer hands-on training for using BREEZE AERMOD (software) along with various case studies used for modelling air quality in different scenarios.

Ekonnect Knowledge Foundation conducted the first air quality data analytics course for three officials from Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) in a personalized close group setting. The participants were asked to bring data from the monitoring stations owned by RSPCB. Later the course is conducted every year on demand.

Ekonnect Knowledge Foundation conducted a five-day training programme for the officials of Department of Environment Bangladesh for improving their capacity in Air pollution Management and get exposed to areas such as Common Environmental Infrastructure.
