We help build the skills, structures, and pathways sustainability work needs, through awareness programs, workshops and roundtables, certified training programs, e-learning, sustainability literacy, and sustainability transformation.

India’s sustainability ambition is real, but the pipeline to support it isn’t. A large share of Indian youth say they’d pursue jobs that contribute to environmental sustainability, yet very few receive any real green skills training, and even fewer know where to look for it or how to access it.

This is the gap Ekonnect exists to close. Not just through one-off training, but by building the structures that turn aspiration into a navigable pathway, from certified programs to institutional partnerships. One flagship example: our work with IIT Bombay, where we developed a comprehensive institutional proposal to transition their Green Energy Sustainability Hub into a full-fledged School of Sustainability, covering academic structure, research agenda, industry partnerships, and governance. It reflects what we aim to be: not just a training provider, but an institution-builder and strategic partner for sustainability governance.
