Manasi is a Social & Behaviour Change (SBC) Maestro & a Sustainability Dynamo with proficiency in strategic alliance, branding, marketing & communication. With around ~10 years of cross-functional experience spanning finance, e-commerce, & social sectors, Manasi has seamlessly transitioned from conquering the corporate realm to championing sustainability.
She brings a unique blend of strategic prowess and creative finesse to the green industry. She spearheads strategic initiatives such as Eco-entrepreneurship, Eco-Awards, Green Academy & CSR Toolkit at EMC & Ekonnect.
She’s accredited with an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship & Sustainability Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor’s in Mass Media from Wilson College, alongside a foundational education at a Military School in Pune.
At the heart of her professional narrative lies a wealth of experience in marketing and developmental communication. As the custodian of internal marketing and brand management for a banking and investment product suite, she has orchestrated various large-scale campaigns for leading private sector institutions such as Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank & Edelweiss. Her initiatives have been recognized by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the Indian Business Council (IBC), & the ACEF Global Customer Engagement Forum for garnering exemplary outreach.
Her commitment to social impact extends beyond the corporate world. She has sported diverse roles in her stints with social enterprises like ARMMAN NGO & CHILDLINE India Foundation, involving communication, resource mobilization, & project monitoring. She managed strategic alliances, monitoring & reporting, & paved a roadmap for many impact-driven initiatives.
Beyond the boardroom, she is an advocate for positive change. Her pro bono work has an abundant feat as well, including a report on air pollution, a study on the economic cost of gender inequality, & volunteering as a Child Protection Ambassador.
While she is Away-From-Keyboard, you may find her rehabilitating strays in-need-of-care or trekking the terrains of untouched forests. She also has an ever-growing passion for performing arts, where she finds solace & inspiration. Being a Black Belt in Martial Arts, she’s a thrill-seeker in both fitness & adventure sports. Always curious & at times clueless. Although a fitness enthusiast, often the MVP in gaming.
